I led the design for this release, which was one of the company’s largest launches to date, supported by a comprehensive marketing plan with 18 unique promotional tactics. The design process involved sourcing creative inspiration and pitching a range of design concepts to stakeholders, balancing diverse feedback to refine a cohesive, final vision. I collaborated closely with our copywriter to ensure all assets felt unified and conveyed a clear, compelling message. Our strong creative execution helped us surpass the launch goals. Within the first ten days, the app achieved over 20,000 pre-orders, nearly 60,000 downloads, and ranked in the top 10 travel apps on the App Store. With this limitation, I was able to experiment with new ways to push our type styling and layouts and create something that embodies our brand but feels fresh. venue located in Austin, Texas. The styles are characterized by fuzzy guitars and distorted vocals. Shoe gaze and Dream pop songs are usually hazy and vague, like a pop song that was sent into space in a vacuum-packed chamber and returned to Earth completely distorted. As the lead brand designer, my focus was to bring Headspace’s brand throughout every step of this process. My goal was to make this process feel as inviting and friendly as possible. This was achieved through an interactive question format, uplifting copy and bringing branded visuals to each step. Overall, our study surfaced among 15,000 participants and presented to C-suite stakeholders.
