Going app launch
In 2024, Going launched its first mobile app to connect travelers with flight deals around the world. I led the design for this release, which was one of the company’s largest launches to date, supported by a comprehensive marketing plan with 18 unique promotional tactics. The design process involved sourcing creative inspiration and pitching a range of design concepts to stakeholders, balancing diverse feedback to refine a cohesive, final vision. I collaborated closely with our copywriter to ensure all assets felt unified and conveyed a clear, compelling message.
Our strong creative execution helped us surpass the launch goals. Within the first ten days, the app achieved over 20,000 pre-orders, nearly 60,000 downloads, and ranked in the top 10 travel apps on the App Store.
